• Initial consultation to know all the details of the wedding. (Consultation can be up to 90 minutes.)

• 10 Hour of Maria Martinez and 8 hour of One additional staff the day of the wedding. 

• Unlimited calls, text and emails.

• Video chats as needed (need a appointment )

• Reach to all vendors and introduces us as a point of contact during the 6 week prior the wedding day.

• Coordinate rehearsal. (2 Hour)

• Coordinate & direct ceremony and the reception.

• Create the wedding timeline, send it to the vendors and keep everyone on schedule in the wedding day. 

• Help to set up the ceremony and the reception.

• One Visit to the ceremony and reception site prior to the wedding day.

• Review contracts and services of all the vendors.

• Vendor recommendations is needed.

• Handle last payment and/or gratuities to vendors as needed. 

• Full emergency kit.

• Available to add on others services as request.
